Our client, [Industry Descriptor] is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 3 to join their team.The person will manage projects from start to finish - including awards programs, culture events, and major communication initiatives - ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. They'll work closely with cross-functional teams (comms, product, HR, and operations) and provide structure, organization, and follow-through for ongoing internal programs. Job Title: Program Manager Non Tech 3 Location:Remote Pay Range:$52/hr - $57/hr What's the Job? • Lead and coordinate multiple projects within the department to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet goals. • Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders effectively and proactively.
