Professional Grant Writer
The Willow Way Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Grant Writer to support the continued growth and sustainability of our nonprofit organization. This contract, part-time position is ideal for an experienced grant professional who understands nonprofit funding strategies, compliance requirements, and the power of storytelling to secure mission-aligned funding. As we enter a significant phase of expansion, this role will play a critical part in helping The Willow Way Foundation scale its trauma-informed, empowerment-focused programs serving individuals, families, and underserved communities. The Grant Writer will work closely with leadership to identify funding opportunities, develop persuasive grant proposals, and ensure alignment between funder priorities and organizational goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and experienced in navigating foundation, private, and public grant opportunities. This role requires the ability to translate program outcomes, budgets, and long-term vision into clear, compelling narratives that demonstrate impact and sustainability. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently are essential.
