Production Dispatcher
Location: Remote. Compensation: $7/hour (USD) + bonus opportunities. Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (some Saturdays). Type: Full-time, Contractor 1099. What You’ll Do: • Help manage our roofing jobs from start to finish. • Communicate with homeowners about schedules, updates, and timelines. • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors. • Handle permits, reports, and materials. • Keep our CRM and systems updated and accurate. • Be the bridge between our sales and production teams. • Invoice and collect payments. • Ask for feedback and reviews with a smile. • Make our customers feel confident, cared for, and informed throughout the entire project. What We’re Looking For: • Dispatching or scheduling experience (required). • Strong communication skills (Bilingual - Spanish and English is a must). • Organized and detail-oriented—you never miss a follow-up. • Tech-savvy and comfortable using apps, CRMs, and project tools. • Positive attitude and a warm personality. • Able to multitask and work independently.
