Job Summary We are seeking a Production Accounting Consultant with proven expertise in operations and ERP transformation projects. This role is client-facing and focused on delivering high-impact solutions that help organizations streamline processes, optimize performance, and successfully implement ERP initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in complex problem-solving environments, enjoys working closely with clients, and brings both consulting acumen and industry experience to the table. Key Responsibilities • Lead and deliver client projects across operations improvement and ERP transformations, ensuring successful outcomes and measurable value. • Manage project workstreams, timelines, and deliverables, while guiding client teams through complex business and technology changes. • Conduct process assessments, identify pain points, and design practical, data-driven solutions. • Translate business requirements into ERP functional and technical strategies, partnering with system integrators where necessary. • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. • Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering professional growth and collaboration. • Contribute to EAG’s thought leadership and internal initiatives, strengthening our methodologies and knowledge base. Qualifications • 5+ years of combined consulting and industry experience, with significant focus on production accounting and ERP transformation projects. • Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., ProCount, Merrick, Quorum Suite, Enertia, Microsoft Dynamics) and how they enable business process improvements. • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects in fast-paced, client-facing environments. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. • Strong client management experience with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. • Willingness and ability to travel Apply tot his job
