Processing Team Lead, Medical Records

Location: Onsite Training in Bedford, MA; Remote in MA and NH This Role: The Processing Team Lead will be responsible for monitoring the Administrators, clients and functions pertaining to Document Management for the team assigned. The Processing Team Lead will assist Administrators with issues and training as well as reporting issues to the Supervisor of the team. The Processing Team Lead will delegate tasks and responsibilities as needed to ensure that the daily workflow is processed. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure all charts, ED logs and other chart related files are received from client • Ensure that charts are processed correctly and that errors are addressed in a timely manner • Delegate assignments and responsibilities to staff and ensure completion • Assist with resolution of system issues that may be preventing the processing of daily files • Assist with training Administrators on any Document Management functions • Monitor time and attendance for staff and report back to management • Ensure cooperative team environment by; • Effectively communicating with staff about department and company initiatives • Adjusting procedures as necessary to create process efficiencies • Escalating Staff Issues to Management • Encouraging constructive feedback from staff and between team members Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each Key Responsibility satisfactorily.
