Process Improvement Internship (Summer 2026)

POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Process Improvement team as a Process Improvement Intern. This internship offers exposure to various facets of sales, services, and operations management and provides an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and possesses strong problem-solving skills. RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with team members to identify inefficiencies in operational processes and propose solutions for improvement Collect, analyze, and present data related to key performance indictors (KPIs) and operational metrics. Prepare reports to track progress and identify trends Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operational processes, procedures, and compliance requirements. Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure products or services meet established standards and customer requirements.
