As a pricing supervisor or associate manager on the Personal Lines Pricing's leadership team, you'll oversee the pricing work for Progressive's auto product. Your team will influence our ability to find the right price for the right coverage for our customers. In this role, you'll manage the development of your team, ensure the auto product is adequately priced, and modernize our approaches and processes. Additionally, you'll oversee recommendations and implementations to state product design, rating factor relativities, and rate levels. This is a remote position Must-have qualifications A minimum of six years analytical property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting). {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher with an emphasis in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting or related field of study (e.g., Economics, Statistics) and a minimum of 3 years property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting) Preferred skills Prior leadership/mentorship experience including excellent business acumen and ability to see big picture Pricing experience and/or product knowledge of personal lines auto Strong desire and capability to develop people, drive results, and create inclusive work environment Excellent written and communication skills.
