PR/Communications Lead
About Perle Perle delivers high-accuracy training and evaluation data for AI teams. We replace generic labeling vendors with expert-in-the-loop pipelines that are faster, more precise, and built for high-stakes use cases. To expand on this vision, Perle is launching a new division called Perle Labs, a crypto-native ecosystem designed to transform how human input powers AI. Perle Labs empowers teams to scale, verify, and reward high-quality human input for AI training and evaluation. The Opportunity As a PR & Communications Lead at Perle Labs, you’ll be responsible for shaping how the world sees and understands our mission. You’ll drive Perle Lab’s narrative across earned, owned, and social channels, crafting campaigns that resonate with both Web3-native communities. What You'll Do • Own and evolve Perle Lab’s brand narrative and voice across all public-facing channels • Write and edit content across the website, blog, newsletters, and ecosystem updates • Develop press releases, thought leadership pieces, and founder interviews • Draft talking points and written responses for Twitter AMAs, community Q&As, and media interviews • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and partners in AI and Web3 • Plan and execute strategic PR campaigns to secure coverage in tier-1 tech, crypto, and AI publications (e.g., CoinDesk, The Block, Decrypt) • Design and manage comms playbooks for fundraises, launches, ecosystem campaigns, and crisis comms • Help establish Perle Labs as a category-defining brand in AI infrastructure and web3-powered data economies • Partner closely with growth, community, and GTM teams to ensure narrative consistency • Monitor and shape perception of Perle Labs across media, X/Twitter, Discord, and key online forums • Align comms strategy with broader GTM, community, and growth initiatives, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints Qualifications • 6+ years of experience in PR, comms, or editorial roles with with a mix of Web 3 startup and agency experience • Track record of placing high-impact stories in tier-1 media (e.g. Coindesk, The Block, etc) • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills; you know how to turn complex technical ideas into clear, compelling narratives • Deep understanding of the tech, AI, and Web3 landscape • Scrappy and proactive, comfortable owning your own roadmap and operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments • Familiarity with crypto-native social strategies, token launch comms, or ecosystem marketing Apply tot his job
