PPC Strategist
We're looking for a PPC Strategist who can own the set up, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns for our B2B clients, with an emphasis on paid social campaigns (Meta/LinkedIn) and e-commerce platforms (Google Merchant Center, Shopify, and WooCommerce). ABOUT THIS ROLE: The PPC Strategist is responsible for managing and executing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The successful candidate for this role will have paid social expertise (Meta Ads: Facebook/Instagram) and experience with e-commerce advertising on platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce advertising on platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce, in addition to core paid search responsibilities. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram), among others. • Plan and execute ecommerce-focused advertising campaigns, including product feeds, dynamic ads, and retargeting tactics. • Configure campaign tracking, pixels, and ecommerce integrations (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Shopify/WooCommerce connections). • Write and optimize ad copy and creative to improve engagement, CTR, and conversions. • Monitor campaign budgets and adjust spend allocation to maximize ROI and meet client KPIs. • Analyze campaign performance and provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal teams. Deliver monthly data and insights reports and contribute to meaningful QBRs that are rich with insights and thoughtful recommendations for what is next. • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and creative testing to drive high-quality traffic and conversions. • Stay current on paid social and ecommerce platform trends, tools, and policies to ensure competitive performance. • Collaborate with strategists, campaign leaders and SEO to deliver integrated marketing campaigns. • Implement A/B testing and experimentation to identify high-performing tactics and improve results. Provide insights to the team on an ongoing basis. • Ensure compliance with advertising platform policies and privacy regulations. REQUIREMENTS: • 4+ years of B2B and/or E-com ad campaign management experience, preferably in an agency setting. • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) and ecommerce campaigns. • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce) and Google Merchant Center • Experiencing running and launching Google and Microsoft Ad campaigns for B2B companies. • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. • Ability to interpret campaign data and deliver actionable insights. • Excellent communication and client-facing skills. • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. • Self-starter with curiosity to test new tactics and adapt to platform changes.
