Our Global Portfolio and Resource Management function is the science and art of efficient and effective deployment and re-deployment of our resources as and when they are needed covering the entire D&A Portfolio. The ideal candidate will provide top notch support to the Project Managers and Implementation Team in all aspects of the PMO Methodology, tools, and processes within. The goal of the PRA function is to proactively engage with all our resources within our department, gain meaningful understanding of their skills, experience and identify the right projects for them based on the funnel, customer demand, and resource capacity and competency. They will cover all regions, NAM, LAM, and EMEA. They will also manage the Global PMO Portfolio and Resource dashboard(s) and all the data feeds and updates that ensure data integrity and management transparency. Check our Careers Site at Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as Project Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Optimize utilization across the assigned PMO and implementation team by making staffing decisions in support of the deployment strategy for our business • Propose assignments with current or near-term availability to project assignments that align with their skills, professional goal, and/or staffing preferences • Maintain high level of proficiency in all resource management tools • Maintain an understanding of the business, markets, and service offerings • Analyze current supply and demand for IT skills versus future demand & provide sourcing recommendations • Develop proof of concepts/prototypes using Use Case methodology (which methodologies & resource management tools) • Proactively review staffing data for assigned population and develop meaningful insights on trends, forecast, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern • Follow up on project deliverables via customer survey • Confirm that new projects are aligned to PMO roadmap • Close interaction with the finance team to ensure project details, such as material numbers, T&M contracts, and fixed fee solutions. • Internal Interfaces with our Sales, finance, order management, PMO and Implementation team. • Provide Governance and Audit support as required • Provide frequent overview on resource utilization and revenue status Qualifications Required: • BA or BS undergraduate degree • Minimum of 6-10 years of experience • Strong critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills • Strong conflict resolution skills, including the abilities to negotiate and influence others • Strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to manage and resolve complex and sensitive situations • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks appropriately • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with large teams • Ability to manage confidential information appropriately and professionally • Strong competency in core professional skills, especially attention to detail, responsiveness, follow through, flexibility, initiative, and tact • Strong proficiency with the following tools: • Microsoft Manage Pro / Power BI -must be able to develop & maintain dashboards • MS Office tools Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook • EPM & Manage Pro or similar • SAP • Bridge • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Preferred: • Experience in a professional services environment & supporting a large scale Global PMO At Siemens Healthineers, we value those who dedicate their energy and passion to a greater cause.
