Pinterest Specialist Needed | SEO-Driven Pins for Nonprofit Consulting Brand

I’m looking for a Pinterest specialist who understands Pinterest as a search engine, not a social feed. This project is an initial test focused on creating 10–12 high-quality, SEO-driven Pinterest pins that repurpose existing content and drive traffic to my website and LinkedIn page. The work will cover late December and January, with potential for ongoing monthly work if results are strong. My brand serves nonprofit executive leaders. The tone is human-first, credible, calm, and professional. This is not an influencer or trend-based brand. ⸻ Project Goals • Drive qualified traffic to my website and service pages • Repurpose existing thought leadership content into evergreen pins • Establish a strong Pinterest foundation that compounds over time • Evaluate Pinterest as a long-term traffic channel before scaling ⸻ Milestone 1: Brand Immersion + Pin Creation Deliverables: • Review my website, brand guidelines, and LinkedIn content • Identify 3–4 core URLs to prioritize • Create 10–12 custom static Pinterest pins in Canva • Pins should be SEO-aware with strong text overlays • Multiple pin variations may point to the same URL (strategic redundancy is encouraged) I will provide: • Website link • Brand guidelines and Canva access • Existing content to repurpose Budget: $75–$100 flat ⸻ Milestone 2: Scheduling Strategy + Performance Tracking Deliverables: • Pinterest scheduling plan for late December and January • Optimized pin titles and descriptions based on keyword intent • Schedule pins using Tailwind or native Pinterest tools • Track performance and report back on: – Impressions – Saves – Outbound clicks • Provide recommendations for what to test, adjust, or scale next Budget: $100–flat ⸻ What I’m Looking For • Demonstrated experience using Pinterest for traffic growth • Strong understanding of Pinterest SEO and search intent • Ability to explain why certain pins and keywords are chosen • Clean, professional design sensibility (not template-heavy) • Clear communication and follow-through ⸻ Important Note (Please Read) For this initial phase, I’m prioritizing quality and search intent over volume.
