How you'll contribute A Pharmacist, PRN who excels in this role will: • Coordinate and provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients • Manage drug therapy protocols as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team • Review, interpret, and evaluate medication orders to identify, prevent, and resolve actual or potential drug-related problems • Provide drug information and medication education to medical staff, healthcare professionals, patients, and pharmacy students • Document clinical interventions and outcomes to support medication safety and quality improvement initiatives • Evaluate medication orders for accuracy and completeness prior to order entry • Verify accuracy of medications prepared by pharmacy technicians Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. What we're looking for Applicants should possess strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
