Performance Marketing Manager (Meta + Google) for Medspa — Focus on Booked Consults (Not Just Leads) - Contract to Hire
Overview: We’re a high-end medspa looking for a performance marketer who can reliably turn paid traffic into booked consultations and keep campaigns optimized weekly. We already know marketing — we need someone who can execute, test creatives, report clearly, and improve bookings consistently. Platforms: Meta Ads (FB/IG) Google Ads (Search + Performance Max if appropriate) GA4 + Tag Manager (basic understanding required) Call/booking tracking + CRM reporting (we use booking links + follow-up) Primary Goal: Increase booked consults at a stable CAC while improving lead quality and booking consistency. What you’ll own (weekly): Campaign structure + optimization (Meta + Google) Creative testing plan + execution (you don’t need to design, but you must direct what to make + what to test) Budget pacing + scaling winners Landing page / booking flow feedback (you don’t need to build pages, but you must diagnose issues) Reporting + recommendations (clear and simple) Scorecard (what we measure weekly): Leads (volume + CPL) Booked consults Cost per booked consult Show rate (if tracking available) Close rate (optional but preferred) Google: Search terms quality + conversion rate + CPA Requirements: Proven results managing Meta + Google for a local service business (medspa/healthcare/beauty is a plus) Comfortable optimizing for bookings, not vanity metrics Strong communication + fast reporting Understands basic compliance: avoid risky ad angles, respect client privacy, and follow platform policies Nice to have: Experience improving show rate + booking conversion with follow-up systems (SMS/email) Experience with call tracking / offline conversions / CRM attribution Can work with a VA/content person to ship creative weekly Hours/Structure: 5–10 hours/week to start (fractional) Weekly standing call + async updates To apply, answer these questions: Share 2 examples of accounts you managed (industry, budget range, results).
