People Operations Partner

As a People Operations Partner, you will drive operations, support field teams, and enhance employee experiences while ensuring compliance and effective change management. Responsibilities Employee Resource: Be a trusted go-to for employees—answering questions, offering guidance, and supporting great employee experiences Manager Coach: Partner with leaders to navigate people challenges, build confidence, and lead effectively Performance-Focused: Support performance reviews, feedback conversations, and growth plans that drive results Employee Relations: Assist with employee relations matters with fairness, consistency, and a people-first mindset Change Management: Help leaders and teams navigate change with clear communication, structure, and support HR Systems & Data: Leverage HR systems and people data to inform decisions, spot trends, and improve processes SCA Expert: Serve as a subject-matter expert on People Ops programs, policies, and practices HR Trainer: Deliver engaging training on HR topics, policies, and people best practices Policy Adherence: Apply policies consistently while balancing business needs and employee experience State & Federal Law: Use working knowledge of employment laws to support compliance and reduce risk Regular & Predictable Attendance: The ability to consistently report to work on time and as scheduled, with minimal unexcused absences.
