We're now seeking experienced Part-time Remote Therapists to join our team and contribute to this exciting vision. About the Role As a Part-time Remote Therapist with Two Chairs, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of clinicians, delivering high-quality therapy services to clients in a flexible, remote setting. With a focus on evening hours (4 pm to 9 pm), you'll be able to balance your work schedule with other commitments, while making a meaningful difference in the lives of your clients. Key Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to adult clients (18+) via teletherapy, utilizing clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor progress and treatment outcomes. Conduct client consult appointments (temporary responsibility) that count toward your overall caseload. Maintain accurate and timely progress notes, treatment plans, and other documentation within HIPAA and state licensing regulations. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and professional code of ethics, ensuring the highest standards of care and confidentiality. Participate in one-on-one and group consultations to support ongoing professional development and case discussion. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must: Reside in Florida and hold a current license to practice in the state. Possess one of the following license types: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD). Have at least two years of clinical experience working with adult individuals (18+). Be available to work evening hours (4 pm to 9 pm), with a flexible schedule between 8 to 24 hours per week. Be willing to be cross-licensed in other states. Have experience with teletherapy and utilizing electronic health/medical record systems. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered a plus: Experience practicing with evidence-based psychotherapies. Familiarity with clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments (e.g., PHQ-9). Knowledge of HIPAA standards and state licensing regulations. Previous experience working in a remote or flexible work environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Ability to work independently, with a high degree of self-motivation and organization. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in electronic health/medical record systems. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive hourly rate, with: $54.50/hr for Miami residents. $52.50/hr for Florida residents outside of Miami. In addition to your hourly rate, you'll receive: Full malpractice and professional liability insurance coverage. A balanced caseload, with 7-20 clients per week. Evening client hours between 4 pm and 9 pm, Monday through Friday, with weekends off. No penalties for cancellations.
