As a Marketing Executive, you'll be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategies, leveraging digital and traditional channels to reach new heights. Key Responsibilities As our ideal Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for executing and managing our marketing plans across various channels. Your key responsibilities will include: Digital Marketing and Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) that resonates with our brand voice and captivates our audience. Manage day-to-day social media activities, including community management (responding to comments and messages) to foster a strong online community. Set up and manage email marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns to connect with segmented customer lists and drive conversions. Track and report on social media and email marketing performance (engagement, traffic, ROI) to inform future campaigns and optimize results. Website Administration: Update and maintain the Go Wine website with accurate and up-to-date product information, promotions, and event announcements to ensure a seamless user experience. Optimize the website for user experience and SEO to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic. Collaborate with designers or developers (if needed) for technical improvements or updates to enhance the website's functionality and appeal. Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate wine tastings, trade shows, and promotional events (virtual and in-person) that showcase our portfolio and build brand awareness. Handle event logistics, including invitations, venue arrangements, and follow-up communications to ensure successful events. Collaborate with the team to create memorable experiences that highlight Go Wine's unique offerings and leave a lasting impression. Material and Product Catalog Management: Design and coordinate the production of printed materials such as flyers, brochures, and event programs that reflect our brand identity and messaging. Maintain and update the product catalog, ensuring accurate descriptions, visuals, and pricing for both digital and print formats to support sales and marketing efforts. Liaise with vendors or printers to ensure high-quality production of materials that meet our standards. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with management to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives, ensuring a unified approach. Research market trends and competitors to propose innovative ideas for campaigns, events, and social media strategies that drive results. Collaborate with the logistics team to analyze stock levels and product expiration dates, informing marketing strategies and product promotions. Work with the Regional Sales Manager to create and maintain updated product catalogs and provide sales support materials with targeted promotions. Requirements and Qualifications To excel in this role, you'll need: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a related industry or with a focus on digital marketing. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Zoho Campaigns, and Google Ads to effectively manage and execute marketing campaigns. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) to track performance and inform data-driven decisions. Excellent writing and content creation skills in English, with Spanish being a plus to cater to our diverse customer base. A passion for wine or a willingness to learn about the industry, embracing our unique culture and values. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, having experience in the wine industry or with CRM campaign management will be considered a significant advantage. Your ability to think creatively, propose innovative ideas, and adapt to our evolving marketing needs will make you a standout candidate.
