About the Role As a member of our Data Entry Team, the primary responsibility of this role is processing all incoming healthcare claim forms submitted by our clients, digitizing the claims using the designated format provided by arenaflex, and ensuring the accurate input of all claim details while consistently meeting the company's established keystrokes per hour or words per minute targets. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be essential in this role, as you will be working with sensitive information and playing a critical role in delivering comprehensive solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Process incoming healthcare claim forms submitted by clients in a timely and accurate manner Digitize claims using the designated format provided by arenaflex Ensure accurate input of all claim details, including patient information, claim amounts, and other relevant data Meet or exceed the company's established keystrokes per hour or words per minute targets Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders Requirements We are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service, natural empathy, and the determination to deliver comprehensive solutions.
