Key Responsibilities Receive and process requests for technical assistance from customers, ensuring that all requests are handled in a timely and professional manner. Open and submit requests into our ticketing system for review by our Help Desk technicians. Review each open ticket to determine the outcome and ensure that customers receive updates and resolutions in a prompt and courteous manner. Email responses to customers, providing them with exceptional customer service and ensuring that their issues are resolved to their satisfaction. Work closely with the Help Desk team to ensure that all customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, ensuring that our database is current and reliable. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: No prior experience is required, but previous experience in an I.T. Help Desk ticketing system or online customer service role is highly desirable. Exceptional typing skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working on a computer all day, with excellent computer skills and knowledge of software applications. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to customers via email and other communication channels. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
