We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Part Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional ABA services. About the Role As a Part Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at ABA Squad Inc., you will play a vital role in implementing clinical programs, collecting data, and training parents on behavioral protocols. This is a part-time position with the potential to lead to a full-time role with benefits. We offer a competitive salary, a $200.00 sign-on bonus for individuals with a valid 40-Hour RBT Training Certificate, and a $500.00 sign-on bonus for individuals with an RBT Certification in good standing. Key Responsibilities: Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the behavior analyst, ensuring that each program is tailored to the individual needs of our clients. Create program materials when necessary, using your creativity and resourcefulness to develop engaging and effective materials. Collect data for all reduction and acquisition behaviors, maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress. Graph all reduction and acquisition data, using your analytical skills to identify trends and areas for improvement. Train parents on behavioral protocol and model procedures when necessary, providing them with the tools and support they need to reinforce positive behaviors at home. Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines, ensuring that all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Attend therapist trainings, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in ABA therapy. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate in good standing, or a willingness to complete the certification requirements at the expense of ABA Squad Inc. Experience working with children, preferably in an ABA setting, and a passion for helping them achieve their full potential. Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance, as well as the ability to operate computers, electronic devices, office machinery, and other devices associated with clinical treatment. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to work effectively with clients, parents, and colleagues. Team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to collaborate with others to achieve common goals and provide exceptional client care. Ability to multitask, adapt to changing circumstances, and solve problems creatively and effectively. Dependable and strong problem-solving skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality services and achieving outstanding results. Essential Qualifications: In addition to the above skills and qualifications, the ideal candidate will possess: A strong understanding of ABA principles and practices, as well as a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in an ABA clinic or similar environment. A degree in a related field, such as psychology, education, or special education. Knowledge of insurance guidelines and regulations, as well as experience with electronic medical records and other clinical software.
