Part-time Referral Liaison - Fully Remote

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Clinical Referral Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our in-home healthcare agency and the community of healthcare facilities to ensure that we can assist Patients to receive the highest quality of care. You will be supplied with a list of area accounts and be responsible for prospecting, connecting with, setting appointments for leadership and maintaining valuable referral relationships. • * Hourly salary PLUS appointment bonuses ** • ** Starting at $22.50/hr *** The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, have a "selling" mentality, and a passion for improving patient outcomes through effective relationship-building and collaboration with healthcare providers using their “language.” • **PLEASE - ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH: • A Healthcare background • A previous role in a clinical or patient care environment • Social work • Case management • Discharge planning • Interviewing and hiring candidates in the medical field • Working with facilities to secure patient referrals • **Extra points if you have: • Nursing experience • Sales or telemarketing experience • CRM experience • Can manage a dual role effectively - (Marketing & Follow-ups) Day-to-Day DUTIES INCLUDE: • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and community organizations to promote our services. • Set solid appointments for leadership to cover our services in person. (You will not attend these meetings, just set them and forget them!) • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure excellent service messaging. • Update ZOHO CRM system with progress notes and nest steps. • Provide exceptional customer service to both facilities and professional referral partners, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. • Collaborate with management on strategies to enhance outreach efforts in the community. • Maintain a pre-approved level of activities throughout the work week. Requirements: • Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role within the healthcare sector is preferred. • Proficiency in CRM tools and Google Email applications. • A proficient knowledge of the health care, or in-home care language. • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage diverse audiences. • A background in clinical or healthcare environments is a plus.
