Part Time Offshore Compliance Auditor. Australian Credit Licence Support.

Dealify is an Australian Credit Licence holder providing consumer and commercial finance solutions. We are seeking an experienced offshore compliance auditor to provide execution support to our Responsible Manager. This is a contractor role focused on compliance audit delivery, documentation review, and investigation support. Final compliance decisions, breach determinations, and regulatory accountability remain with the Responsible Manager in Australia. This role suits someone with prior exposure to Australian mortgage broking or credit compliance who can work independently and deliver structured audit outputs. ⸻ Scope of Work The contractor will provide the following services. 1. Conduct regular audits of broker and credit representative files against Dealify policies and Australian credit compliance requirements. 2. Review current compliance documentation and policies and identify gaps, outdated content, or inconsistencies. 3. Prepare written audit reports including findings, risk ratings, evidence references, and recommended corrective actions. 4. Draft internal breach assessments for review and approval by the Responsible Manager. 5. Assist with investigation support when compliance issues or incidents are identified by compiling timelines, evidence, and draft summaries. 6. Maintain clear audit records and evidence logs to support supervision and regulatory review if required. ⸻ What This Role Does Not Include This role does not include making final compliance decisions, issuing breaches independently, communicating with ASIC, or representing Dealify externally. ⸻ Required Experience Applicants must demonstrate the following. 1. Experience working with Australian mortgage broking, asset finance, or credit licence compliance. 2. Familiarity with Australian credit compliance concepts such as responsible lending, file audit standards, disclosures, and supervision of representatives. 3. Strong written English and ability to produce clear audit reports suitable for review by senior compliance stakeholders. 4. Ability to work as an independent contractor delivering defined outputs rather than as an employee. Experience with NCCP Act requirements, broker file audits, or aggregator compliance frameworks will be highly regarded. ⸻ Engagement Structure This is a part time independent contractor role. Expected commitment is approximately ten to twenty hours per week initially. Work is output focused and flexible. Hours are not fixed and there is no exclusivity requirement. Payment will be hourly or per agreed milestone through Upwork. ⸻ Data Handling and Confidentiality This role involves access to sensitive information.
