About the Role As our HR Generalist, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to leadership and team members, ensuring HR operations are compliant, thoughtful, and people-first. You’ll work closely with leadership to support hiring, onboarding, policies, and day-to-day HR needs—while keeping things lean and practical. This role requires 6–8 hours per week (max) and offers flexibility in how those hours are structured.
