Address questions related to orders placed by customers, providing updates on order status, and resolving any issues that may arise during the ordering process. Complete after-call information and data entry to the system, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all customer interactions are properly documented. Essential Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and resolving complex issues efficiently. Must currently reside in the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and the ability to be hard-wired. High School Diploma or equivalent required, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong technical skills, with proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools and technologies.
