About the position This part-time position is for a Bookkeeper at a small home-based business specializing in women's clothing. The role involves website design, bookkeeping, and various office tasks, requiring a reliable and detail-oriented individual to work 15-20+ hours per week, with the potential for up to 40 hours. The work is primarily remote, with occasional in-person tasks when the owners are traveling. Responsibilities • Refresh and update the Shopify website. • Create customer advertising campaigns. • Issue and maintain invoices and inventory using QuickBooks. • Prepare for taxes and perform month-end and year-end reporting. • Maintain files and mailing lists. • Communicate with wholesale and retail customers. • Assist with other office-related tasks. Requirements • Experience in bookkeeping and website design. • Proficiency in Shopify and QuickBooks. • Strong administrative and clerical skills. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to pack and lift boxes weighing 15-20 pounds. Nice-to-haves • Knowledge of content creation for ads and marketing materials. • Experience with QuickBooks on Right Networks.
