Key Responsibilities As a Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Accurately entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers, meeting client turnaround times and maintaining a high level of productivity. Navigating efficiently through our imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Differentiating between various claim types and following established data entry guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency. Identifying specific document types that require special handling and processing them accordingly. Collaborating with other team members to ensure that work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times and maintaining a high level of quality.
