Job Overview In this part-time role, you will be responsible for researching contact lists, scheduling appointments for Sales Associates, and performing various clerical duties to support the sales team. As a Part Time Data Entry and Researcher Assistant, you will work up to 28 hours per week, preferably between 8:30am-3:00pm (Monday-Wednesday) and 8:30am-12:30pm (Thursday-Friday) at our office located at 322 Sovereign Ct., St. Louis, MO 63011. Key Responsibilities Research contact information for potential clients to enter into the marketing funnel, utilizing internet research and email correspondence skills to gather and analyze data. Set up pre-designed mailings and email campaigns to researched potential clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials. Make introductory calls to potential clients to schedule meetings for Sales Associates, demonstrating excellent verbal communication skills and a strong ability to build rapport with clients. Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing, in a timely and accurate fashion, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Assist with special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and workflows. Perform other related duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and arenaflex. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will require: A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
