About the Role As a Part Time Customer Services Executive at blithequark, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, handling customer inquiries with professionalism and care. Your role will involve managing a high volume of calls and emails, providing timely and effective solutions to customer queries, and ensuring that every interaction enhances our customers' experience with blithequark. This is a part-time position, offering the flexibility to work between 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Wednesday, making it ideal for those seeking a better work-life balance, such as parents looking to schedule their work around school drop-offs and pick-ups. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email, adhering to agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring customer satisfaction. Keep customers informed about the status of their queries and bookings, taking full ownership from the initial contact through to resolution. Process various fleet-related bookings, including service, MOT, and repairs, with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain and update customer records and databases to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the wider team to identify areas for service improvement, contributing to the development of strategies that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
