Job Overview The Part Time Customer Service Representative role at blithequark is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join a dynamic team. This position is responsible for locating legal providers (lawyers and/or mediators) to assist customers with their legal matters, as well as building and maintaining blithequark's network of provider relationships. The successful candidate will be adept at communicating effectively with customers and providers, managing multiple cases, and contributing to the growth of blithequark's legal program. Key Responsibilities Assist customers in finding qualified legal providers for their specific legal needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and support. Develop and expand blithequark's network of legal providers through research, outreach, and the utilization of various recruitment resources. Introduce and promote blithequark's legal program to potential providers, highlighting the benefits of partnership and collaboration. Verify the professional licensing of legal providers through local and state agencies, ensuring compliance and quality. Manage a caseload of 25+ customers, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines to achieve exceptional customer and provider satisfaction. Successfully recruit providers for individual customer referrals, network partnerships, legal class requests, and other special promotions or assignments, contributing to the growth and success of blithequark's legal program. Meet or exceed established standards for provider and member satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and timelines, continuously striving for excellence in all aspects of the role.
