Job Overview In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, building relationships with our clients, responding to their inquiries, and providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, resolving issues, and driving customer satisfaction. With a schedule that requires 20 hours of work per week, between Monday and Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm, you'll have the flexibility to balance your work and personal life. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and concerns, and provide personalized support and solutions Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other electronic means, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues Manage customer portfolios, organize workflows, and prioritize tasks to meet customer demands and deadlines Perform data entry, electronic filing, and document retrieval, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Navigate multiple databases quickly and accurately, researching, analyzing, and processing legal documents as required Identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency Maintain and grow existing customer business by delivering outstanding service, recognizing opportunities, and proactively offering relevant services Technical Skills, Experience, and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Experience working in a customer service or administrative capacity, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships A strong work ethic, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions Proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel, with strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or certification in a related field an asset 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or a related field Strong technical skills, with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new systems and technologies Preferred Qualifications: Post-secondary education or certification in a related field, such as business administration, communications, or customer service 2-3 years of experience in customer service, administration, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
