Job Overview We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Care Associate to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer care team, you'll be responsible for processing incoming orders, resolving customer inquiries, and providing world-class service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and enter orders accurately and efficiently in SAP, ensuring sales are captured and customer satisfaction is maintained. Resolve customer complaints and issues through the use of multiple customer support tools, including SAP and other business unit contacts. Maintain world-class standards by meeting department scorecards and metrics, and continually seeking opportunities to exceed service requirements. Build and manage relationships with customers and business unit contacts to provide consultative support and recommendations. Identify opportunities to increase customer retention, maintain customer confidence, and protect operations by keeping information confidential. Suggest alternatives to out-of-stock or limited quantity items and inform customers of available deals to sustain satisfaction. Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent. Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to use diplomacy and discretion when interacting with customers. Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing consultative support and resolving issues efficiently. The ability to multi-task, work independently, and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Sound judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions and take action as needed. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications. 1-2 years of previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the consumer products or distribution industry. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a proven track record of meeting targets and achieving results.
