Training and Work Schedule As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be required to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday through Saturday, between the hours of 10:00 am and 6:30 pm CST. After completing training, you will work 5-hour time blocks daily, ensuring a consistent and reliable schedule.
