Job Overview As a Part-time Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via online chat, responding to questions about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership queries Provide accurate and timely information about products and services, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, driving revenue growth and lead generation for our dealer clients Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our dealer clients can follow up with customers and drive sales Summarize interactions based on customer needs, providing valuable insights and feedback to our dealer clients Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a positive and professional demeanor, and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary, and you must be able to type at least 35 words per minute (WPM), with 40 WPM or above preferred. As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be required to attend 4 weeks of training, which will take place on Tuesdays to Saturdays between 10:00 am and 6:30 pm CST. After completing your training, you will be expected to work 5-hour time blocks daily, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
