Key Responsibilities Accurately enter data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers, adhering to high standards of quality and efficiency. Navigate efficiently through imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry, demonstrating proficiency in software applications. Differentiate between various claim types and apply appropriate data entry guidelines to ensure accuracy and compliance. Identify specific document types requiring special handling, applying knowledge of insurance claims processing procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure work completion in accordance with designated turnaround times, contributing to a cohesive and productive team environment. Support additional workflows as needed due to internal or external requirements, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Additional Responsibilities Perform quality reviews of other team members' claims/authorizations according to established data entry guidelines, promoting a culture of quality and excellence. Qualifications and Requirements To be a successful candidate for this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Education: High school diploma or equivalent, providing a foundation in basic skills and knowledge. Experience: 6 months or more of experience in a data entry or typing-focused role, demonstrating proficiency in data entry and typing skills. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong data entry/typing skills, with the ability to achieve high levels of accuracy and efficiency. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work. Assessment Requirements If selected for further consideration, candidates will be required to complete an online alphanumeric data entry assessment. To be successful in this role, you will need to achieve a minimum of 8,200 KSPH with a 98% Accuracy Rate, demonstrating exceptional data entry skills and attention to detail.
