Enter data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests expediently and efficiently to meet client turnaround times, navigating efficiently and effectively through imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations. Differentiate between different claim types and follow the appropriate data entry guidelines, accurately identifying specific document types that require special handling. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times, supporting additional workflows as needed due to internal or external requirements. Perform quality review of other team members' claims/authorizations according to established data entry guidelines, contributing to the team effort by accomplishing additional responsibilities as needed. Alert management of potential issues upon identification of discrepancies, providing recommendations on process improvements to increase efficiencies as appropriate. Requirements and Qualifications To be a successful candidate for this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in data entry and typing-focused roles. 6 months or more years of experience in data entry or typing-focused role, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency. Strong data entry/typing skills, with excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
