Paralegal (Remote - East Coast Hours)
Overview A leading telecommunications and commercial real estate investment firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its Asset Management team. This role sits remotely and supports a fast-paced legal and asset management function within a high-volume, transaction-driven environment focused on wireless real estate. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in telecommunications or commercial real estate, excels at managing multiple document workflows simultaneously, and is comfortable operating independently while partnering closely with attorneys and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Prepare, review, and manage commercial real estate easements, leases, and telecommunications-related agreements • Conduct detailed title and survey reviews, including analysis of title commitments, identification of exceptions, and resolution of curative issues • Support post-closing asset management matters and jurisdiction-specific compliance requirements • Manage digital workflows, including e-signature tracking, approval routing, and maintenance of fully executed documents • Communicate directly with attorneys, project managers, and external counterparties to resolve outstanding items • Manage multiple transactions concurrently while maintaining accuracy, organization, and deadlines • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to workflow optimization initiatives Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate and/or telecommunications (7–10 years preferred) • Experience in a law firm or in-house commercial real estate environment; high-volume retail, franchise, or national expansion experience is a plus • Strong understanding of real estate documentation, title review, and transactional workflows • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and written and verbal communication abilities • Self-directed, able to work independently, and comfortable in a deadline-driven environment • Process-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and accountability • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate required Compensation & Benefits • Competitive base salary • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits • Generous PTO and paid holidays (accrual begins day one) • Annual bonus and deal-team incentive opportunities • Professional development resources and growth opportunities Apply tot his job
