Vantage Data Centers is a leading provider of data center solutions, and they are seeking a Real Estate Paralegal / Coordinator to join their legal team. This role will provide critical support in managing land acquisitions and real estate transactions for data center projects, ensuring compliance and efficiency throughout the transaction lifecycle. Responsibilities Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing real estate documents, including purchase agreements, easements, title commitments, closing statements, and related contracts Coordinate due diligence activities, including title and survey review, zoning compliance, and environmental reports Coordinate contract intake, routing, and trackers; ensure version control, signatures, and filing completeness Ensure DocuSign envelopes and SharePoint folders are properly configured and maintained Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing energy related documents, including power purchase agreements, utility agreements, and related financial commitment agreements Provide administrative support to the attorneys on the Real Estate Development Team Track and manage critical dates, contingencies, and closing requirements Prepare closing checklists and ensure all required documents are executed and delivered on time.Liaise with title companies, escrow agents, and outside counsel to facilitate smooth closings Work with the internal finance, public policy, real estate, and energy teams on a variety of matters related to the development of data center projects Maintain organized records of all real estate and energy transactions in company systems Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Represent the legal function in cross-functional initiatives and external counsel engagements Lead efforts to optimize legal operations through process improvements, technology adoption, and knowledge sharing Update the legal calendar, track key contract deadlines, and maintain status dashboards Provide administrative support to the attorney team members Handle additional duties as assigned by Management Skills Bachelor's degree is required; paralegal certification preferred (but not required) 1–2 years of relevant legal experience in a corporate or law firm setting Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines, matter trackers and competing priorities Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Proven ability to interpret and apply legal principles in a business context Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Travel required is expected to be up to 10% but may increase over time as the business evolves Experience with contract management systems and legal operations tools is a plus Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Life and AD&D Short and long-term disability coverage Paid time off Employee assistance Participation in a 401k program that includes company match Many other additional voluntary benefits Company Overview Vantage Data Centers designs and develops data center campuses to large cloud providers, AI enterprises, and other tech-driven businesses.
