Paid Media Specialist (Google Ads)
About the Role: We’re looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to own and optimize our paid advertising efforts, with a primary focus on Google Ads. This role is responsible for campaign execution, ongoing optimization, and performance reporting to drive efficient growth and measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads - Execute day-to-day campaign setup, budget management, bidding, and optimization - Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy testing - Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions) and make data-driven optimizations - Collaborate with creative, marketing, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals - Produce clear performance reports and insights with actionable recommendations Qualifications - 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns - Strong understanding of paid media strategy, campaign structure, and optimization techniques - Experience with conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and tag management - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into action - Excellent attention to detail and campaign organization skills - E-commerce or lead-generation campaign experience - Google Ads certification Apply tot his job
