Paid Media Manager – Client Facing Role About SEO Brand SEO Brand is a 20 year AI-powered marketing agency specializing in SEO, PPC and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). We serve clients from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, with deep expertise in healthcare, home services, B2B services, and specialized verticals like fertility clinics and addiction treatment centers. Position Overview We're seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager who will own complete client relationships from launch through ongoing optimization. This is a true account ownership role as you'll be the primary strategist, implementer, and client contact for your assigned accounts. You'll develop and execute comprehensive lead generation and e-commerce strategies primarily in Google Ads (80%) with Meta Ads (20%), managing the entire customer acquisition funnel from initial strategy to daily optimization and client reporting. Key ResponsibilitiesComplete Account Ownership • Serve as the sole point of contact for assigned 10+ client accounts, strategy, execution, and communication all flow through you • Own the entire client relationship from onboarding through ongoing optimization and growth • Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation or e-commerce acquisition strategies aligned with client business objectives • Set campaign strategy, implement campaigns, optimize performance, and report results, full lifecycle ownership • Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables to ensure satisfaction and long term retention • Proactively identify and execute on account growth opportunities and expanded service offerings Strategic Campaign Development & Execution • Build Google Ads strategies from the ground up (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display) • Develop Meta advertising strategies (Facebook, Instagram) that complement Google efforts • Design and optimize complete customer acquisition funnels for lead generation and e-commerce clients • Lead landing page strategy and optimization initiatives, including A/B testing of messaging, design, and conversion elements • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities • Implement conversion based optimization strategies to improve ROI and reduce acquisition costs • Create and manage campaign budgets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks Hands On Campaign Management • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns directly in Google Ads and Meta platforms • Execute ongoing campaign management including bid adjustments, budget allocation, and performance optimization • Conduct keyword research, audience development, and targeting refinement • Write and test ad copy across platforms • Coordinate with design and development teams for creative assets and landing page improvements • Implement and manage conversion tracking, analytics, and attribution models • Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices Performance Analysis & Client Communication • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities • Review and leverage client CRM and sales data to evaluate business impact including lead quality, pipeline contribution, and revenue • Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports with clear, actionable recommendations • Lead regular client meetings, translating complex metrics into business insights • Educate clients on paid media best practices, emerging trends, and evolving search behaviors • Build strong, consultative relationships that position you as an essential partner in client success Required QualificationsExperience • 5 to 7 years of hands on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display) in an agency setting. • 3+ years managing Meta advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram) • Proven agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously • Demonstrated success managing monthly ad budgets of a single account up to $100,000 per month • Track record of building and scaling lead generation or e-commerce campaigns from scratch • Experience owning complete client relationships with minimal supervision • Proven and demonstrable techniques for expansion revenue. You will be expected to grow all of your accounts based on performance. Technical Skills • Expert level proficiency in Google Ads platform (campaign setup, optimization, reporting) • Expertise of Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization • Deep understanding of paid search fundamentals (keyword research, match types, bidding strategies, Quality Score) • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and advanced conversion tracking setup • Deep expertise in CRM platforms including HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Salesforce with ability to track leads throughout the entire sales funnel • Expert level knowledge of conversion tracking implementation and call tracking platforms such as CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics, and similar solutions • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting • Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools Creative & Optimization Skills • Ability to develop complete landing page creative strategies from concept to execution • Expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies and testing frameworks • Proficiency with heat mapping and site analysis tools including Sitebulb, Microsoft Clarity, and Screaming Frog • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and how they impact conversion performance • Ability to identify technical site issues that impact paid media performance and work with development teams to resolve them Strategic & Analytical Capabilities • Ability to develop comprehensive paid media strategies without templates or frameworks • Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail • Proven ability to design and execute A/B tests that drive measurable improvements • Experience with budget forecasting, allocation, and performance modeling • Understanding of customer journey mapping and full funnel optimization • Capability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations Communication & Client Management • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to present performance insights and strategic recommendations confidently to clients • Strong project management and organizational abilities • Self directed work style can operate independently while knowing when to collaborate • Client focused mindset with consultative approach to problem solving • Ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities effectively Preferred Qualifications • Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Shopping, Measurement) • Meta Blueprint certifications • Experience with LinkedIn Ads or Microsoft Advertising • Knowledge of SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) • Background in B2B lead generation or e-commerce verticals Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $65,000 to $95,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Performance Compensation: Uncapped commission structure tied to account performance and growth, your success directly impacts your earnings Health & Wellness • Health and dental benefit package • Work life balance is non negotiable at SEO Brand Time Off • Generous PTO policy that rivals any in the industry • Flexible schedule with fully remote work environment Additional Perks • 401k Plan • Company outings and team events • Team building trips • Remote first culture built on trust and results Why Join SEO Brand?
