Paid Media Coordinator

Job Description: • The Paid Media Coordinator will be the engine behind the flawless execution of paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, Bing, X, Reddit, and LinkedIn. • Building, trafficking, and launching advertising campaigns within Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. • Conducting thorough quality assurance checks on all campaign elements, including URLs, UTM parameters, and targeting settings, prior to launch. • Collaborating with the Paid Media team to implement and manage A/B tests and dynamic creative optimizations. • Managing creative asset refreshes and ensuring proper ad rotation across all active accounts. • Monitoring campaign pacing and performance, proactively flagging any discrepancies or issues. • Maintaining and documenting trafficking processes to contribute to the evolution of standard operating procedures. • Thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities. Requirements: • A minimum of 1 year of practical experience with Shopify and Google Merchant Center. • A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience trafficking campaigns in both Google Ads and Meta Ads. • Proven understanding of tracking implementation and URL best practices, including UTM parameters and pixel integration. • Experience using task management platforms such as ClickUp or Asana. • Exceptional attention to detail and a process-oriented approach to work. • Proactive communication style and a genuine team-oriented mindset. • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are required.
