Paid Media, Analytics & Community Manager
Job Overview This role is for someone who loves structure, numbers, and accountability. You will be responsible for overseeing paid social spend, performance tracking, and community management across 20+ client accounts. You are the person who knows exactly where money is going, why it’s going there, and what should change next. This role balances analytical work with hands-on platform management and brand voice stewardship. Design skills and any experience in content creation would be an added bonus! Responsibilities • Paid Social & Data Management • Manage and monitor ad spend across all client accounts. Reporting & Insights • Identify patterns and trends across brands. • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations, not just numbers. • Flag underperforming campaigns early. • Collaborate with the content team to align creative with performance insights. Community Management • Oversee comments, DMs, mentions, and story interactions for all brands. • Respond in each brand’s voice with accuracy and warmth. • Know what content is appropriate to repost and what is off-brand. • Escalate sensitive or high-priority messages appropriately. Scheduling & Quality Control • Assist with scheduling content across platforms when bandwidth allows. • Serve as an additional set of eyes for: • Missed posts • Caption errors • Incorrect tagging or timing • Ensure consistency and completeness across all managed accounts. • Track budgets, pacing, and performance daily. • Understand targeting, placements, creative performance, and audience trends. • Maintain clear documentation of: • Spend by brand • Campaign goals • Target audiences • Performance metrics • Proactively suggest pivots, optimizations, and reallocations. Skills • Extremely detail-oriented • Comfortable managing large volumes of data • Strong sense of responsibility and follow-through • Trustworthy with budgets and reporting • Able to switch between analytical and customer-facing tasks • Clear written communication • Calm, methodical, and reliable Tools You Should Know • Meta Ads Manager • Instagram & Facebook back-end tools • Scheduling platforms (Sprout Social, Plann, etc.) • Spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) • Basic reporting dashboards • Notion (for project management) This Role Is NOT For You If: • You dislike numbers or accountability • You prefer creative ideation over execution • You struggle to manage multiple brands at once • You don’t enjoy structured, repeatable processes Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
