Outbound and partnerships are a core revenue lever for us, not an experiment—this role directly impacts pipeline and monthly recurring revenue. What We’re Looking For at AdBeacon We’re hiring an Outbound Partnerships & Revenue Lead to build a predictable, scalable pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and demos by targeting e-commerce agencies, consultants, and strategic SaaS partners. This is a hands-on outbound role with direct ownership of opportunity creation, demos booked, and partner-sourced pipeline. • This is not a paid media role. • This is not a content-only partnerships role. • This is a revenue-generating outbound role. You’ll do this by: • Targeting e-commerce agencies, consultants, and technology partners with multi-brand influence • Developing high-leverage partnerships that unlock distribution • Using e-commerce marketing and attribution pain to qualify opportunities quickly and effectively What You’ll Do - Outbound Opportunity Creation You will personally own outbound opportunity creation end-to-end: Identifying and prioritizing: • E-commerce agencies and consultants • Mid-market and enterprise e-commerce brands • Complementary e-commerce SaaS platforms Executing high-touch outbound through: • Personalized email • LinkedIn and social outreach • Strategic calls (when appropriate) • In-person meetups and events (when appropriate) • Your existing industry network You’ll run a consistent weekly outbound cadence and: • Qualify opportunities into real SQLs (not surface-level interest) • Book demos directly onto the sales calendar Agency & Many-to-One Partnerships (Primary Focus) Your priority is building relationships that unlock leverage: • One agency → many brand introductions • One partner → many shared customers You Will: Develop agency-specific value propositions around... • Attribution clarity • Cross-client reporting • Proving paid media performance at scale • Tech stack consolidation • Maintain selective direct outbound to high-value e-commerce brands when appropriate SaaS Partnerships & Joint Ventures You’ll identify and activate partnerships with e-commerce SaaS platforms that share agency and brand audiences. This includes launching revenue-oriented joint initiatives, such as: • Co-branded ebooks • Live and on-demand webinars • Agency-focused educational series • Partner email promotions and referral programs • *Internal support is provided for all required assets.* You will own partner relationships end-to-end: Connect → Pitch → Launch → Pipeline → Demos All partnerships are evaluated on their ability to generate qualified pipeline, not brand exposure. eCommerce Marketing & Attribution Expertise (Strong Bonus) You don’t need to run campaigns—but you should understand how e-commerce marketing works and where attribution breaks. Bonus points if you have working knowledge of: • Paid media ecosystems (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) • Email, SMS, CRO, and retention channels • Multi-touch attribution tools • Common attribution challenges • Platform bias • iOS privacy changes • Last-click and blended ROAS limitations You’ll use attribution pain as a qualification and messaging lever to: • Accelerate outbound conversations • Shape partnership narratives • Create compelling webinar and ebook topics • Speak credibly with senior stakeholders What this Role Will NOT Do • Run paid media campaigns • Manage ad budgets or ad platforms • Act as a traditional demand generation marketer Success Metrics (KPIs) Success is measured by outcomes, not activity: • SQLs generated (direct + partner-sourced) • Demos booked • Partner- and agency-sourced pipeline • Partner-sourced ARR influenced • Number of active agency relationships • Number of brands influenced per agency • Webinars and co-marketing initiatives that convert into SQLs Who You Are • Naturally outgoing and confident initiating conversations • Comfortable hearing “no” and following up anyway • Resilient, proactive, and motivated by tangible results • Curious or knowledgeable about e-commerce, SaaS, and digital marketing • Comfortable using modern prospecting and CRM tools • Clear communicator internally and externally • Competitive with yourself and your pipeline • You love networking, building relationships, and turning conversations into revenue.
