Outbound Lead Generation Specialist (Email + LinkedIn) for Executive Transportation Company
We are looking to hire a skilled Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to run daily email and LinkedIn outreach for our executive transportation start-up company serving C-suite leaders and high-net-worth professionals with high travel frequency for business. This is a focused and clearly defined role: You generate warm leads → our internal team handles scheduling and closing. Your Responsibilities: – Build targeted prospect lists for: – C-suite executives (CEO, COO, CFO, CRO, EVP, SVP) – Senior leaders in consulting (Partners, Managing Directors, Principals) – Executive Assistants & Chiefs of Staff – Corporate Travel, Procurement, and Vendor Management teams – Board Members & Directors who travel frequently – Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Angel Investors – High-net-worth individuals with high travel frequency – Founders, entrepreneurs, and business owners who travel frequently Execute daily outbound outreach via email + LinkedIn: – Set up sequences and messaging – Maintain strong deliverability and domain health – 150–300 outbound emails per day – 20–40 LinkedIn connection/outreach actions per day – Monitor replies and forward warm leads directly to our Head of Member Development – Track performance and optimize campaigns over time You will NOT be responsible for: ✘ Calling prospects ✘ Appointment scheduling ✘ Closing membership sales ✘ CRM setup or management ✘ Social media ✘ Advertising ✘ Content creation Our Goal: To generate a consistent flow of warm, qualified leads that support our objective of acquiring 9–15 new members in 90 days (January–March). We prefer candidates who have: – Worked with startups, early-stage companies, or fast-growth businesses – Experience supporting high-ticket services, luxury services, membership services, or executive-level offerings – Experience targeting executives, consultants, investors, or high-net-worth individuals – Strong background in outbound messaging – Proficiency with tools such as AI, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, or similar – Strong understanding of email deliverability, warm-up, rotation, and best practices – Ability to start immediately and maintain consistent daily outreach – A polished, professional communication style appropriate for an executive brand About Us: We are a premium, membership-based executive transportation company serving executives, investors, board members, and high-net-worth travelers.
