Role: Oracle HCM Time & Labor Functional ConsultantLocation - REMOTE Duration - Long Term Status - USC/GC(-EAD)/H-1 Note: If chosen candidate must pass a background check including credit MUST HAVES: • Strong communication skills [10/10; native speakers] and the ability to work directly with clients [leadership experience] • Two or more Public Sector full life cycle projects • Oracle Cloud Absence or OTL expertise, with substantial hands-on experience in Scheduling Scheduling experience is often not explicitly mentioned in resumes, so it's important to identify candidates who have worked extensively with Scheduling, particularly in mid to complex Public Sector environments. This experience is usually shadowed under the OTL, Absence or Core HR experience.
