Role:- Business Analyst- Oracle ERP Cloud Financial Mode of Work:- Remote Must Have:- • Must have experience on Oracle General Ledger Module & Oracle Financial Accounting Hub for Minimum 3 Years. • Need solid Financial and Insurance domain background experience. • Resource Should have minimum 12+ Years of Experience. Job description - Business Systems Analyst participates in all phases of software development life cycle, able to effectively collaborate with business and technical partners and assure successful delivery. Responsibilities will include projects, small enhancements, and Production Support activities. Responsibilities: • Act as a liaison between the Financial Services business area, technical organization, and other affected areas in planning, directing, and conducting the analysis of business problems. • Work on Oracle General Ledger module and related integrations (Business Intelligence tables). • Work on Oracle Financial Accounting Hub integrations with upstream applications. • Work with various Finance business users to gather business requirements. • Develop business requirements, functional requirements, and user stories. • Perform analysis and suggest best possible solutions to meet business needs. • Participate in the Scrum team and assist in prioritizing the backlog. • Provide Support to the Technical and QA staff during implementation of backlog items. • Provide user acceptance testing support and assist in QA/UAT defect resolution. • Create user guides/documents and assist users on system functionality. • Provide ongoing production support, including responding to user issues, collaborating with the technical team to analyze and resolve reported system issues, and communicating the resolution of issues to the business community. • Work closely with stakeholders/counterparts from applications integrated with Oracle on new or existing integrations. • Comply with company standards and practices for SOX controls Apply tot his job
