About the Role We are a premier service provider in our industry, known for a high standard of execution, communication, and reliability. We’re looking for A-players who want to make an impact and who hold themselves to the same level of excellence we expect for our clients. This role exists to ensure consistent, high-quality operational coverage during weekends, after hours, and into Monday. While parts of the weekend can be lighter, the responsibility is real: protecting client experience, supporting the internal team, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks when responsiveness matters most. This position is not intended to be a side job. It is structured as a full-time, salary-exempt role for someone who values ownership, accountability, and delivering work they’re proud of. If you hold yourself to a high standard and want your work to genuinely matter, this role may be a strong fit. Schedule & Coverage • Friday: On-call 8:00 pm – 10:00 pm PT • Saturday: Active coverage 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PT, then on-call 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm • Sunday: On-call full day (generally light volume, occasional scheduling) • Monday: Full active workday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PT “On-call” coverage means monitoring for incoming job requests and ensuring they are promptly received, logged, and routed appropriately so nothing is missed outside normal business hours. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact during weekend and after-hours coverage • Monitor and intake incoming job requests during on-call periods, ensuring they are accurately entered and routed in a timely manner • Coordinate scheduling with clients and vendors as needed • Ensure clear, timely communication across all parties • Maintain accurate job and client data in internal systems • Ensure Monday readiness and prevent backlog • Spot issues early and escalate appropriately • Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities Compensation & Expectations Compensation for this role is intentionally set to reflect availability, reliability, judgment, and ownership, not constant activity. It’s important to understand the reality of the workload: • Saturday mornings are typically the busiest • Saturday afternoons are often quieter • Sundays are generally very light • Monday is a full, active workday Because of this structure, the role carries a high performance bar. The person in this position should clearly demonstrate through output, responsiveness, and decision-making that the compensation is justified. We expect to consistently feel that this role is worth the investment. This is a trade: higher pay in exchange for ownership, consistency, and impact.
