We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operational Excellence Manager to join our team. Requirements How will you make a difference Identify and analyze bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the production lifecycle. Develop and implement process improvements using methodologies like Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement. Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize workflows, improve communication, and enhance collaboration. Document and standardize processes to ensure consistency and repeatability. Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and training sessions. Manage and optimize our project management tools and methodologies. Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices. Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance and improvement initiatives. Manage risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. +5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or project management. Operational consulting experience - Big 4 or Top-tier consulting or equivalent experience.. Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban). Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. Advanced level in English and Spanish (written and spoken), ideally with experience in international environments.
