Offshore Customer Service Team (Phone + Chat) – Philippines Only - Contract to Hire

We’re a U.S.-based company preparing to move our customer service operations offshore and are now seriously evaluating Philippines-based customer service providers or teams for a long-term partnership. This role will support customers through phone calls and live chat, with potential to expand as we scale. We’re looking for professionals who communicate clearly, sound natural, and know how to deliver calm, reliable customer support. About the Role • Handle inbound customer service calls and live chat inquiries • Follow internal workflows, scripts, and escalation guidelines • Log and document customer interactions accurately • Work closely with our team during onboarding and training • Support a professional, customer-first experience Who We’re Looking For • Philippines-based customer service agents or managed teams • Strong spoken and written English (clear, neutral accent preferred) • Experience with phone and chat-based support • Reliable internet, headset, and professional home setup • Availability during U.S. Mountain Time (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM) Engagement & Evaluation • Initial need: 3–4 customer service agents • Long-term opportunity for the right team • Comfortable working with custom or internal web-based systems • We are evaluating: • Pricing models (hourly / per-agent / monthly) • Individual agents vs managed teams • Training, onboarding, and scalability This is a serious, long-term opportunity.
