NYC Based Fashion Designer needed for CAD work and Pattern Development for Laugerie
We are seeking for a NYC based freelance fashion designer with expertise in pajamas and loungewear. You will work closely with the founder to help bring designs to life through CAD work, technical drawings, patterns and tech packs for brand to send to factory for production. Responsibilities: - Work with the founders to develop and sketch initial design concepts - Use CAD software to create detailed technical drawings - Collaborate with the founders to ensure designs meet manufacturing requirements -Help with in-person fittings, taking measurements, revising fit. - develop tech packs for factory - develop pattern for factory Requirements: - Proven experience as a fashion designer. - Proficient in CAD software - Strong knowledge of garment construction and fabric properties - Ability to create and revise patterns - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Apply tot his job
