Job Highlights: Start Date: Immediate openings available Location: Remote (work from home) Compensation: Competitive salary ($15.00 - $15.00 per hour) Position: Temporary Customer Success Associate - Evening Shift (Full-time) Company: Workwarp (URBN subsidiary) Role Summary: As a Nuuly Temporary Customer Success Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences via telephone, email, and chat. Reporting to the Customer Success Supervisor, you will communicate with new and potential customers, guide them through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team in building a successful brand. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed established service level agreements (SLAs) and contribute to the growth of our customer-centric culture. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and interactions during your scheduled shift (M-F, 2pm-10pm EST) in a friendly and relatable manner Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand Demonstrate empathy towards customers' needs while understanding the business's bottom line Collect and share feedback with external teams to ensure the needs of our customers are being met Provide timely and effective solutions to customer concerns and issues Collaborate with the Customer Success team to achieve shared goals and objectives Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, brand offerings, and industry trends Role Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role Demonstrated passion for and understanding of the URBN brands, customers, and products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency in using technology, such as computers, software, and hardware Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a subscription-based or e-commerce environment Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software Knowledge of fashion industry trends and brands Previous experience in a remote work setting Skills and Competencies: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: Exceptional customer service skills Strong communication and active listening skills Empathy and understanding of customer needs Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At Nuuly, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
