Job Description • Required Level of Education: HS Diploma • Preferred Level of Education: College degree • Remote Options : Fully remote o Will the worker need to be Remote local to the office or Remote anywhere in the US: anywhere is fine. • Any Travel for this role?: No • How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate?: 3-5 • Specific Systems Knowledge Required: Epic certification in Clin Doc • Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred: Additional Epic certification or build experience in other Epic modules such as orders, Compass Rose, HH/HO • Any Required Certifications?: Yes see above • Top Three things Worker will be doing: Working with business partners to determine requirements, building and testing in system, supporting questions that arise from deployment of changes or making edits once deployed. • Top Three Skillsets needed: Epic certification and build experience, strong clinical knowledge of Inpatient workflows, excellent customer service and communication skills. • Anything else important we need to know to fill your role?: Need to be flexible due to working with multi-disciplinary teams with competing agendas. • Expected Shift: Day • Interview Process: With hiring manager to start and potentially team interviews Exceptional application analysis and design skills, as well as thorough trouble-shooting capabilities. Coordinating the efforts of inter-disciplinary groups. Experience Level: 3+ Years. Skill Set: Epic certification and build experience in the modules listed above. Strong solutioning skillset and ability to come up with creative solutions. Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
